The short version

What we collect

This site collects very little data:

• Anonymous vote counts per template, stored server-side with no link to your identity.
• A small browser flag (localStorage) so you don't accidentally vote twice — this never leaves your device.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) retained briefly for security and uptime monitoring, then deleted.

Resume uploads (ATS Checker)

If you use the on-page ATS checker, your resume is processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No file is ever uploaded to our server. We never see, store, or transmit your resume content.

Analytics

We use analytics software to understand how visitors use the site — which templates are viewed, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from. This helps us improve the directory. The data collected is aggregated and does not identify you personally. No browsing profiles are built and no data is sold to advertisers.

Cookies

Analytics may set cookies to distinguish returning visits. These are functional cookies used solely for measuring site usage. The vote preference mentioned above is stored in localStorage, not a cookie — it's local to your browser and cannot be accessed by any third party.
